SAFER SCHOOLS TOGETHER (SST) SURVEY
Please complete this important survey if you have not yet done so- link is in the email that was sent out last week.

FUN DAY!
Fun Day is coming up on June 12th! Please see the attached poster for this year’s theme. We are looking for 10 volunteers to help out with stations and snacks. The job has been posted to on volunteers- please sign up and remember that you can count this to next year’s hours!

SPRING CONCERT
We are looking for sponsors for our Spring Concert. Please click Sponsorship Donation link to make a donation. All proceeds go to our music program.

PARISH/ SCHOOL BARBECUE
The parish and school will be hosting a free barbecue on June 14th after the 11:00am mass to say thank you and good bye to Fr. Gilles. Please see the attached poster for more information and to RSVP- we hope to see you there as we thank Fr. Gilles for being such a wonderful pastor to our community these past few months.

The deadline for 2025–2026 Parent Participation Hours is May 31st. Please be sure to complete any last-minute tasks or submit any unclaimed ad hoc hours by midnight on May 31st.

A heartfelt thank you to our CCS community for your time, dedication, and the many hours you’ve contributed in support of our school and Parish throughout the year.

Important Reminder:
Families with incomplete hours will receive an invoice on June 5th.

  • $60 per missing maintenance hour

  • $30 per missing regular hour
