Important Information

LARGE CARDBOARD NEEDED
One of our classes is doing an art project that requires large pieces of cardboard. If you have any at home that you don’t need, please donate it to us!

WARM WEATHER
As we approach the warmer weather, please ensure that your child has a full water bottle, a hat and sunscreen applied. We have no shade at the school and we want our students to be sun safe!

SPRING CONCERT
Due to Mrs. Hosein’s health, we have decided to have a digital spring concert this year. We will share out the digital version with families once it has been completed. We are asking for sponsorships (see Mrs. Hosein’s email from yesterday) that we will include in the digital version. Please let Mrs. Hosein know if you are able to help out. All the money from sponsorships will go towards our music program.

PARENT PARTICIPATION UPDATE
Families,

There are only two weeks left to complete your parent participation hours. The requirement is 34 regular hours and 6 maintenance hours, for a total of 40 hours, due by May 31, 2026. This is a firm deadline with no exceptions.

There are still plenty of volunteer opportunities available on the website—please log in and sign up to complete your remaining hours.

Maintenance hours are charged at $60 per missing hour. These fees add up quickly—please prioritize completing your maintenance hours before the deadline.

Ad hoc requests are tasks not signed up for on the website or those that took longer than expected. Please submit these within one month of completion for approval. Any submissions after the May 31, 2026 deadline will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
