Work Bee Saturday, Oct. 6th

Our second work bee of the year is this Saturday October 6th! You may have noticed the leaves falling and gathering on the ground and it is one of many jobs we need volunteers for this weekend.  Please bring a rake if you have one as we only have a few in the shed.  Gardening gloves and water to stay hydrated are also recommended!

We are expecting a glorious, sunny day so most jobs will be outside.  We will have inside jobs this month if we have a surplus of volunteers.  Some jobs to accomplish this month include:

•  Raking/blowing and bagging leaves in the parking lot and around the school grounds

•  Clearing drains of leaves and debris

•  Weeding track

•  Weeding and clearing slab of leaves and debris

•  Playground maintenance

•  Wash organic and juice bins

•  Tighten screws on desks
