Important Information:
A big thank you to all parents who attended our virtual curriculum night on Monday. If you did not attend, the link to my presentation is on the website. Please do take the time to go over the PPT as it contains lots of important information. My apologies that the actual presentation in zoom did not record, and my apologies to those PEC members who spoke live as I couldn’t capture their talks.
If you want to volunteer during school hours while the children are in session, or if you want to drive children other than your own to sporting events or field trips, we do need to have a valid criminal records check on file for you. If your CRC expired this year Mrs. Jangula has emailed you personally. If you are in doubt please contact her.
There are 2 ways to renew/get a Criminal Records Check.
1. Online. The access code for online registration is for Cloverdale Catholic School only and should not be posted on our website. So please email the office if you want to do an online check.
2. the other is in person at the RCMP detachment in the city in which you reside. Please print the letter and CRC application and bring it to your local detachment. Only the main detachments, Surrey and Langley are open to the public during Covid. Cloverdale and WhiteRock are temporarily closed.
Outstanding medical forms are due ASAP for any students that have a medical alert.
Terry Fox Day- students are asked to bring a small donation to support Terry Fox Foundation. Dress down in athletic wear- please remember to choose appropriate outfits for our dress down days.
Communication Survey: We have opened up the survey again to get your feedback on communication between school and home. Although we make every effort to communicate effectively with parents, there is always room for improvement and suggestions are welcome! Please take a moment to complete this survey:
October 3 is Safe Haven Sunday, an initiative from the Archdiocese of Vancouver that teaches families how to make their home a safe place. Please click here to read more about this event.

- PFG Secretary - attend and record minutes of PFG meetings held once a month and manage the received PFG emails.
- PFG Co Chair- attend and lead meetings, once a month
- Website Helper- Maintain, update PFG section of websites/set up ordering platform.
