CISVA CALENDAR
Attached is the CISVA calendar for 2025-2028. A few parents have been asking for this so that they can plan vacation time. Please note that Spring Break next year is one week earlier than the public schools due to the fact that CISVA schools must be in session for Holy Week.

PARENT PARTICIPATION
Families, are you on track to complete your volunteer hours before the May 31st deadline?
Volunteer Hour Requirements:
34 Regular Hours
6 Maintenance Hours
Total: 40 Hours
Please note: Maintenance hours are separate from regular hours. To fulfill this requirement, you must sign up for and attend a work bee or complete approved maintenance-related tasks. Work bees fill up quickly, so please register soon if needed.
Ad Hoc Requests:
These are tasks not signed up for on the website, or tasks that took longer than expected.
Please submit within one month of completionfor approval. Submissions beyond that timeframe are subject to the coordinator’s discretion.
When submitting an ad hoc request, please be descriptive in the comments section (include what was done, for how long, and for which event/task). Incomplete details may delay approval.
