PHOTO RETAKES
Photo retakes are on Monday. Any students that missed photo day or would like a retake are welcome to have their photo taken.
WALKATHON 2025
Countdown is on! A few reminders:
- CRCs are required for volunteering for Walkathon. Here is the link to apply for your CRC
- No siblings should attend walkathon as parent volunteers are supervising students
- Route is 5K (primary) and 10K (intermediate), so please don’t send elderly family member who cannot comfortably walk this.
- Slips due Monday for Week 3
- Please don’t send money to school until after Walkathon
- We are behind in collections and far away from our goal- please encourage your child(ren) to pledge!
PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES
Sign up link will be emailed home next week. Please be reminded that we are moving to Parent/Teacher conferences for primary grades, and keeping 3 Way conferences for intermediate grades.

Each season, the Abbotsford Canucks host our annual Faith & Family Night, a special event that brings the community together to celebrate faith, fellowship, and hockey. This year’s event will take place on Sunday, December 7th. See poster below to purchase tickets!
Schools that sell 30 or more tickets will enjoy exclusive experiences, including:
A post-game on-ice photo with one of our players
A photo opportunity with the Calder Cup
A prayer led by our team chaplain
PARENT PARTICIPATION
Families, key task requires attention:
Fall Maintenance – Leaf Raking & Blowing
Volunteers are needed to clear leaves around the parish and school property, especially near drains to prevent clogging before the rainy weather. This counts toward your Maintenance Hours.
Please sign up for a 2-hour shift on OnVolunteers (limit 3 shifts per family). Come anytime during your assigned week.
Bring a rake or leaf blower if you have one. Rake or blow leaves into green bins or paper yard waste bags (available in the shed—email the Maintenance Coordinator for the code). Do not overfill bags, and place them under the rectory roof to stay dry.
