Pledge Forms and Money for Walk-a-thon

Congratulations to all our students on a great walk-a-thon on Friday, October 18th! The kids walked about 10km in cold, windy, and wet conditions.

It is now time to bring in that pledge money! Here are some instructions to make sure everything goes smoothly:

1) The easiest and best way to submit pledge money is online. Donors go to the school website, click on the link, pay with their credit card, and instantly receive a tax receipt.

2) The second best way to submit donations is by cheque. In order to receive an income tax receipt for your donations by cheque, your cheque must come with a completed and legible pledge form. Cheques that arrive at the office without a pledge form, even if they have your name on the envelope, will not receive a tax receipt.

3) The final but least safe and convenient way to submit donations is by cash. In order to receive an income tax receipt for your donations by cash, your cash must come with a completed and legible pledge form. Cash that arrives at the office without a pledge form, even if it has your name on the envelope, will not receive a tax receipt. No coins, please.
