Important Information

Chalice Dress Down Day:
A big thank you to everyone who donated to our United Day last month for our Chalice sponsor child! Thanks to your generosity, we were able to cover our annual sponsorship fee!

Tax Receipts:
Tax receipts will be ready for pick up at the office next week.


25 Years of Service to CISVA:
Congratulations to Mr. Pistrin who received his 25 Years of Service to CISVA award at our Catholic Educators Conference this Friday! Cloverdale Catholic School thanks Mr. Pistrin for his years of dedicated service to our school community.

Surrey Eagles Metis Night:
Waceya Metis Society with the Surrey Eagles hockey club are hosting a Métis theme night this upcoming Friday February 16 to promote awareness of the Métis and their culture.
If anyone would like to go, they can pick up free tickets at the Waceya office 5631a 176a st between 10am & 2pm, or you can text Jeffrey Sears at 778-246-0249 with your name and how many tickets you would like. Tickets can be picked up at the will call at the arena.

Parent Participation Update:
Families, are you on track to complete your parent participation hours by the deadline of May 31st, 2024?  Please check your onVolunteers account for the balance. The requirement is 34 regular hours and 6 maintenance hours for a total of 40 hours.  Kindly note any ad hoc requests must be submitted within one month of completion. Ad hoc tasks are applicable when a task took longer than expected, or you did not sign up on the website in advance. Approval past the one month deadline is at the discretion of the coordinator. 

Kindly note a criminal record search and a volunteer driver authorization form must be completed for certain tasks.  Instructions and forms can be found on the school website under Parent resources.

PFG Weekly Report:

  • Return-It Bottle Refund Program:

All you need to do is visit any Return-It Express Location and enter the CCS phone number (604) 574-5151 at the kiosk. Print your labels, stick them on your empties & help CCS!
