CCS Parents! We Need Your Help!
This year, CCS will be hosting its annual auction fundraiser on Saturday, May 2 at the Parish Centre, with all the profits from the event going towards making CCS accessible for all students of all abilities. This year, our theme is “Tropical Paradise Party”!! The annual fundraiser is a great way to get together with friends and support the school at the same time. This is a longstanding tradition at CCS, and the PFG is pretty darn good at throwing a party. Caterers, decorations, DJ - we’ve got it covered.
But there are two areas where we REALLY need the help of our community:
Finding items for our live and silent auctions
Approaching businesses and asking for donations and/or sponsorship
Now, we aren’t asking you to come out to multiple meetings or to knock on the doors of 30 businesses. We know that you probably don’t have time for that. But what you probably DO have is connections. For example, I don’t have anything I can personally donate to the auction, but I do have a sister who owns a Princess Party business, and I can ask her if she is willing to donate. What we need is a way to get information like that from you to us.
