The Parent Participation Program
The Parent Participation Program serves two purposes:
To teach students the value of community service by observing their parents and family members working for the good of their school, Parish, and others.
To minimize costs, reserve fund saved for school equipment and improvements, and keep tuition low.
Parents of Cloverdale Catholic School students are asked to dedicate time each year to support a variety of school and parish activities. This way, every family plays a role in ensuring the success of the Parent Participation Program for the benefit of all CCS.
Cloverdale Catholic School uses an online program, On Volunteers, to make it easy for parents to participate in the volunteer program. The new system automates and simplifies the volunteer process. There is no fee for parents to use this system. Each family will have their own unique password-protected website, aka ‘portal’, where they can sign up for tasks, record their hours, and communicate with coordinators. Please contact the CCS Office to access your login information.
On Volunteers contains a number of guides and introductory videos (which we strongly recommend watching!) or you can download this easy-to-follow guide for CCS On Volunteers. If you are experiencing any problems with the system, feel free to fill out the contact form and our Parent Participation Program Coordinator will be in touch with you.
