St. Nicholas will be visiting the students on Tuesday and will be handing out peanut free mini candy canes
United Day- (A reminder that this was postponed from this week.) Students are invited to wear their pyjamas. There is no collection in lieu of the Advent Drive, but if students would like a bag of popcorn they are asked to bring a loonie.
Hoop Dancing workshops/ performance- We have the privilege of having Indigenous hoop dance workshops with world-renowned hoop dancer Alex Wells from the Lil’wat First Nation. Alex has toured all around the world showcasing his hoop dancing. Please join us at 2:00pm in the gym to watch him perform!
SPIRIT WEEK!- Our Student Leadership Team will be hosting a Spirit Week again this year from December 12 -16. Please click here to see the poster with details.
Christmas Performance- Please be reminded that our performances are on Wednesday, December 14th at 1:00pm and 6:30pm. We are asking parents to please try and attend only one performance so that we can accommodate everyone. If we hit our capacity we will not be able to take any more people as per fire regulations. We have a generous donor who will donate $1 for every person who comes to the play dressed in a Christmas sweater! All proceeds will go to the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Admission is by donation of canned good or monetary donation, both going towards the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
Parent Participation- Parents, are you on track to complete your volunteer hours??Parent participation hours are due May 31, 2023. Now is a great time to get them done before the Christmas rush. There are plenty of volunteer options on the website. The Parish bazaar on November 26 still needs volunteers. Head over to the website and sign up.
