Important Information

  • Walkathon news
    We have updated our total to $25, 690! Prize draws will be happening next week.

  • Remembrance Day assembly: Parents are invited to join our assembly as always. This week will be our Remembrance Day assembly led by our Grade 6 class.

  • A few poppies left! One of our parents, Faith Kim, has spent the last few months hand knitting poppies! They are beautiful and are a precious keepsake. We are selling them for $5/ poppy, with a portion from each poppy going to the Veterans Society. They are available for sale at the office, starting Monday. Photo attached below.

  • Basketball season is upon us! Practices start next Thursday. Please be reminded that only the first and last practices of the season are posted to the calendar as well as all games and tournaments.

  • Has your address, phone number, or email changed since your child started school? 
    Have you updated the school office?

  • Fridays in November- Please note that there is only one Friday in November that school is in session, that being November 18. Next Friday is Remembrance Day and November 25th is CISVA-wide Networking Day.

  • Parent Participation Update
    Thank you to all the families who helped with the playground project. For those who dropped in,please remember to submit an ad hoc request to get credit for your hard work. Ad hoc requests must be submitted within one month of the task.

    Friendly reminder that parent participation hours are due May 31, 2023. There are plenty of opportunities on the OnVolunteers website. Check regularly and frequently for tasks. If you experience technical difficulties, email:
