Important Information

  • United Day- dress in a sports Jersey and bring a Loonie or Toonie to support Holy Childhood Association. Popcorn can be purchased for an extra $1

  • Summer dress code- takes effect May 2nd. A reminder that boys must wear Top Marks shorts, blue or navy socks above the ankles and all black shoes.

  • Yearbook ordering deadline on Monday, April 25: Order your yearbooks at ordering link. School code is 14526122

  • Looking for people with Web design skills:
    Do you have skills in web design? Are you willing to put those skills to work for the school? The PEC is looking for a person/company with web design experience who is interested in providing services to help redesign / rebuild our website so that we can better serve our school community.  The PEC has an idea of what we are hoping to accomplish with the site update, and is looking for vendors who might be able to assist. If you are interested, or think you can help, please reach out to Mike Fortino (PEC Secretary) at pec_secretary@cloverdalecatholicschool.ca

  • Parent Participation update

    Less than 2 months left to finish your Parent Participation hours! Please log in to OnVolunteers as there are a number of tasks you can sign up for, including:

    -Maintenance Tasks/Work Bees

    -Scrutineers for PEC Election (May 28&29)

    -Sacrament Receptions

    -Parish Clothing Sale

    -Traffic, Crosswalk, Lunch, and After-School Supervisor Shifts

    You can also check how many hours you have left to complete, and enter any ad hoc tasks you have done (such as driving children other than your own to field trips or CCS sports activities). Please be reminded that hours missing as of May 31, 2022 will be subject to a non-completion fee of $30/hr and $60/maintenance hour.
