Volunteer Driver Application
Dear Parents,
If you are planning to do any driving this year for field trips, sports activities, etc., you will need to complete a Volunteer Driver Application form. PLease complete and send back to office@cloverdalecatholicschool.ca. You can complete it even if you have not yet decided, so that when the time comes you are ready to drive. Please note that parents are not permitted to drive other students without this document on file.
