Walkathon News
Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to raise money for our Walkathon dring such a challenging year. $20,000 was an optimistic number, but I am so proud to say that because of everyone’s hard work, we reached our goal! AMAZING!! Congratulations CCS United on an unbelievable achievement! $20, 161.25
The prize for hitting our goal is a well-deserved day off school for everyone. We had scheduled to have fun day on June 18 with a noon dismissal, but due to the restrictions in place we cannot run fun day this year. Since parents have likely already arranged for a noon dismissal, June 18 will be our day off school. It is the only day that makes sense without causing inconvenience to parents with short notice. Parents who had students scheduled to go to after school care that day, please contact me directly to make arrangements for the morning.

Multicultural Day submission date has been extended to May 21- please see poster below for information.
TALENT SHOW! We will be inviting submissions for talent show this year and putting together a virtual talent show. Please limit videos to 2 minutes in length. Videos can be submitted to Mr. Heah directly at cheah@cloverdalecatholicschool.ca no later than May 28. If the video file is too large to send, you can share it with me via dropbox or google drive. Please ensure that any music that is submitted is appropriate.

Neufeld Farms Fundraiser.
Time to fill our Freezers and get stocked up for BBQ Season!
The PFG is happy to be welcoming back Neufeld Farms as our next fundraiser!
We have made an adjustment this time around and all orders will be accepted Online ONLY at....any forms sent to the school will be returned home.

Please note that all orders must be picked up on May 31st, we will not be able to hold any orders at all.

Masks: We have gone through an incredibly large number of disposable masks in the last few weeks. In order to help us save money on having to purchase so many masks, I would like to ask parents to please try and remember to send masks to school with your child(ren).
Pick Up: Please be reminded that students will only be allowed to leave the field area if their parents are here to pick them up. Students below Grade 6 are not permitted to wait for their parents at the parish center. Parents in Grade 6 and 7- if you grant us permission to release your child(ren) to the parish center unsupervised, please email me directly so I know. This is not meant to be an inconvenience, it is meant to ensure that your child(ren) is safe! Your child(ren)’s safety always remains our top priority.
