TRACK AND FIELD HELP NEEDED
Hello CCS Track and Field Families.
We need more volunteers for our school track and field team.
Supervision in the stands, walking students to the washrooms, and race event support.
This is critical for the safety of our children and supports our athletes who require mature supervision to keep them out of trouble.
This Monday April 27th is our first track meet at Bear Creek Park. We were hoping to have a full slate of volunteers to help us manage our team and fulfill the requirements asked of our school. If you are an attending adult this Monday, please consider volunteering. Sign up using the ON VOLUNTEER system. We have had low response so far.
Also, we have a need for help on the other track meet dates. May 5th at Holy Cross High School and May 11th at McLeod Stadium in Langley City. Thank you for considering supporting our school in this way.

A special congratulations to Icarus Wong who placed second overall in boys singles, Icarus Wong and Jessie Escoto who placed second overall in mixed doubles, and Junia Jino who placed 3rd in girls singles- fantastic accomplishment!
AGM
Please mark your calendars for our AGM on May 7 at 6:00pm. Among other important information, we will be sharing staffing news for 2026/2027.
GOOD LUCK MRS. SHEARDOWN!
Today is Mrs Sheardown’s last day before she leaves on her maternity leave. Our school community wishes her all the best and many blessings as she and her husband Dylan prepare for the birth of their new baby! Ms. Julianna Heah will be replacing Mrs. Sheardown as Education Assistant in Grade 5 for the remainder of this year.
