The workbee team is in need of ice cream buckets with a handle for cleaning. If you have any, please drop them off at the school office.

PARENT PARTICIPATION
Dear Families,
This is a reminder to check whether your family is on track to complete the required parent participation hours. Each family is required to complete:
• 34 regular volunteer hours
• 6 maintenance hours
The deadline to complete all required hours is May 31, 2026.
If hours are not completed by the deadline, the following non-completion fees will apply:
• $30 per missing regular hour
• $60 per missing maintenance hour
Please also note the following policy reminders:
• Any ad hoc volunteer tasks must be submitted within one month of completion in order to be approved. Submissions beyond this timeframe will be subject to coordinator discretion.
• A “no show” for a scheduled volunteer shift without prior notification to the coordinator will result in a $25 no-show penalty per missed shift.
• Three no-shows will result in removal from the program, and the family will be billed for any outstanding hours.

PFG UPDATE
✨CCS Spirit Wear January 2026✨
The CCS Pink Shirt is available once again along with the NEW CCS Keychain. The CCS Pink Shirtmay be worn on February 25th - Pink Shirt Day and on all Spirit Wear Days.
Order forms have been sent home today! Please have your payment and order form returned to the school office by Monday, January 19th.
Spirit Wear items will be sent home with students on or before January 30th.

♻️CCS Bottle Drive Update♻️
Thank you to everyone that dropped off bottles and cans last Sunday! We filled 16 MEGA bags at the depot! The depot is still sorting and calculating our refund, we hope to have a final total next week. Stay tuned!
