Important Information

Walkathon 2023:
WE RAISED $24, 538.10! What an accomplishment CCS! We surpassed our goal this year by over $2000, and over $4000 from last year’s total! A very BIG thank you to everyone who worked so hard to bring in pledges. Congratulations to Grade K and 4L who were our top earning classes, Sophie, Mike and Tom Vanderende who were our top earners, and Justin Newman who was our top pledger (an impressive 95 pledges!). Congratulations as well to all of our prize winners.

CISVA Networking Day:
Please be reminded that next Friday is a CISVA Networking day, a day for all CISVA employees to meet in their zones for professional networking. There will be no school on this day for any CISVA schools.

Reminder- Late Pick-ups:
Please note that if your child(ren) is still not picked up by the last pick up time (20 minutes after dismissal), they will be sent to the after-school care in the library and parents charged the $15 drop in fee. We recognize that there are times when you might be running late, and if that is the case please call us and let us know. This applies to our students that are always being picked up late.

Parent Participation Weekly Report:
Families, please add parentparticipation@cloverdalecatholicschool.ca to your contact list. Check your junk mail for notifications as emails have been sent out to families to verify task attendance and or reminders of zero parent hours. 

Also, per the parent participation policy, kindly submit any ad hoc tasks within one month of completion in order for it to be approved.  Anything submitted past that date, and approval is at the discretion of the coordinator.  

Please take personal responsibility and attend the volunteer shifts you have registered for.  The school depends on parent support to help with daily operational needs, not to mention provide safety for the children.  A "no show" without prior notification to the coordinator will result in a $25 fee per missed shift.
