9:00am- School mass led by Student Leadership Team
Important Information
Walkathon 2023- Please bring back your total slips for this week. Students who raised over $75 will be entered into a draw. We are still looking for all kinds of prizes, big and small- Please bring any donations to the office. Thank you for your support as we work hard to raise money for our school!
Uniforms- Boys winter uniform starts next Tuesday- shorts are no longer permitted. PLEASE label all uniform pieces! Most of our lost and found items are not labelled, including a brand new cambridge sweater (see photo below.)
Athletics- If your child is scheduled to be away for a game or tournament but are sick or absent for other reasons, please let the school office know, otherwise we are unsure as to why they are not at the event.
Cross Country- Congratulations to all of our athletes who competed in the CISVA Cross Country meet this week! Everyone worked hard and most importantly showed great sportsmanship. A special congratulations to Ava in Grade 5 who placed 4th and Fatima in Grade 6 who placed 9th!

We are trying to wrap up & reward our Top Coupon Book sellers. In order to do so, we need everyone to return any unpaid coupon books! Please bring unpaid books back to school ASAP.

Family Movie Night:
Movie night returns to the CCS Gym on Friday, October 27th! Flyers will be sent home the week of October 16th. Entrance is by donation & doors open at 5:30pm.
Return-It Bottle Refund Program:
All you need to do is visit any Return-It Express Location and enter the CCS phone number (604) 574-5151 at the kiosk. Print your labels, stick them on your empties & help CCS!

Parent Participation Weekly Report
Families, well done!, I am happy to report that 101 out of 142 families have already started earning parent participation hours. Please do not leave this to the end of the year. Deadline is May 31, 2024. Check the website regularly as tasks will pop up if someone removes themselves.
