1) RE-REGISTRATION FOR CURRENT FAMILIES- Nov. 30- Dec. 16
We’ve made the re-registration process as simple as possible by offering online registration. Currently, only 35% of our families have completed the process. These families have already been notified. If you haven’t received a notification confirming that your registration is complete, please visit the re-registration website to submit any missing forms. If you're unsure which forms are outstanding, don't hesitate to contact the office for assistance. As well, PAD form and Pastor Authorization Form (only your part on top) must be submitted. Fr. Rey will be starting to meet with parents in February and will sign off on the forms after your meeting.

A reminder that our CCS Christmas is on December 17th at 1:00pm(Matinee) and 6:00pm (evening show.) Doors will open 30 minutes before. There will be no early entry. Entry is by donation (suggested $5 per family or $2 per person, with all proceeds to cover the cost of the production. 4) SPIRIT WEEK
Every year, we have a mini Spirit Week on the last 3 days of school. Students are welcome to take part. There is no collection for these Spirit Days. Days are listed in the calendar above!
5) UNIFORM UPDATE
As of January 1, 2025 we will only be accepting and selling Cambridge uniform Pieces. Top Marks will be no longer part of the CCS uniform as of September 2026.
If you have any donations of Cambridge only for the Used Uniform Program, please drop them off at the school office as we will collect from there. Please make sure they are in good repair and free of stains. If you wish to trade for larger sizes please let us know the size and uniform pieces you are interested in. Please note we are just starting with Cambridge in the used uniforms so selection will be limited.
This is the sizes available online from the Cambridge Website in each item, please refer to the Cambridge website for sizing (in terms of inches etc). We can not judge by age or grade what size your student will need.
When requesting please be specific as Cambridge has Child, Youth and Adult. Asking for a small does not let us know which category. We will be having periodic sales throughout the year. In between please reply to this email with what you are looking for.

6) PARENT PARTICIPATION UPDATE
Families, thank you for your eagerness to share your time and skills with our school and Parish. Volunteer tasks are being scooped up within minutes of being posted to the website. This is causing some frustration and anxiety for others, worried there may not be enough hours for everyone. To address this, we added and increased positions such as am playground supervisor, and two traffic supervision roles before and after school. Please remember that as the year progresses, there will be more tasks available. Between sporting events, sacramental events and fundraising initiatives, there will be enough hours for families to complete their hours.
Work done at the Parish through various ministries will count for parent participation hours. The Knights of Columbus are actively seeking members and they facilitate many volunteer opportunities. The fundraising committee will need help with the annual gala so reach out to them and ask how you can get involved.
Lastly, if you have identified a volunteer opportunity which you can fulfil, please share these ideas! Send an email to:
