Important Information

Weather conditions:
Weather is expected to remain cold into next week (not like today, but still cold.) Please ensure that your child(ren) come to school dressed for the weather.

Away in a Mango Christmas Play:
I plan to send out the entire Christmas video next week. Mr. Banovich has been working incredibly hard to remix the sound quality. Thank you for your patience with this.

PE Shorts:
As you are aware, our new PE shorts are navy. However, for sports games and tournaments, we are still going to be wearing red shorts. We have purchased a set of red shorts for students to wear, but would appreciate if you could donate any that no longer fit your child (only for Grade 5-7 students please.) If your child still has red short that fit, please ensure they have them on game and tournament days.

Staff Retreat:
Please be reminded that there is no school on Tuesday, January 23 dues to our annual staff retreat. Our speaker was only available on Tuesday, which is why it is not on a Monday or Friday as we have typically done. My apologies if this has caused any inconvenience for you.

Parent Participation Weekly Report:

Families, please check your onvolunteers accounts to see how many hours you have completed. We are more than half way through the program.  The deadline to complete hours is May 31st 2024. For those short on hours, please check the website regularly. If you are having trouble finding tasks that fit within the school week, remember that volunteer work done at the Parish will also count towards the program.
