Important Information

Financial Commitment Policy:
Please refer to our updated Financial Commitment Policy in the Parent Handbook on Pgs 31, 32, 33 (found on the school website under Parent Resources.) This policy refers to outstanding fees and NSF payments.

Mite Boxes:
Please remember to bring back your Mite boxes after Spring Break. All of the money you have collected will go towards supporting our seminarians.

Tax Receipts:
All tx receipts that have not yet been picked up can now be picked up at the parish office.

Spring Break:
The school will be closed from March 11 to March 22 for Spring Break.

Athletics:
Congratulations to all of our basketball teams and coaches on another successful season of basketball! Our students worked hard and learned new skills, and most importantly showed great sportsmanship. We wish our badminton players good luck as they prepare for the zone and CISVA finals in April. Our girls soccer season starts right after the break, and track and field season shortly after.

Parent Participation Update:
Families, are you on track to complete your hours before the May 31st deadline? A reminder has been sent out regarding maintenance hours. Please note maintenance hours are different from regular hours. You must sign up and attend a work bee or complete other maintenance related tasks in order to fulfill this requirement.

Families are obligated to complete at least 34 regular hours and 6 maintenance hours for a total of 40 hours.

Would you like a professional family photo? Now is your chance! Sessions will take place on Saturday, April 13th, 2024 at the Parish Centre. All proceeds from the $30 sitting fee will go directly back to the school. Sorry no pets are permitted.

Return-It Bottle Refund Program:

All you need to do is visit any Return-It Express Location and enter the CCS phone number (604) 574-5151 at the kiosk. Print your labels, stick them on your empties & help CCS!
