Important Information
Student Led Conferences- Please ensure you have signed up for your child(ren)’s Student Led Conference via sign up link that was emailed home (can be found on the website under News.) A reminder to also sign up for a time with Mrs. Jangula to complete registration. If there is no time that works, please contact Mrs. Jangula to set up a different time.
School Uniforms- Please ensure that you have read the introduction letter from Cambridge Uniforms that was emailed home earlier this week (can be found on the website under News)
Welcome to the Track and Field Season! The CCS Track and Field Team is for Grades 3-7 boys and girls. A Permission form has gone home with your student if they showed interest when asked in Gym class. Extras can be picked up at the school office.
The permission form must be FILLED OUT FULLY and RETURNED by April 12th.
TEAM TRAINING DAYS for all GR 3-7 students:

Screenagers- Thank you to the parents who took the time to come to last night’s important parent evening. We were hoping to see many more parents as this was an important and worthwhile event. Several parents emailed asking for the link to the movie. Our school purchased a screening license that allowed us to privately screen this movie last night. Unfortunately there is not the option to share a link with all families.
Parent Participation Update
Families, below is the link to correctly submit an Ad Hoc request. Ad hoc is for anything extra or unexpected. Please note, ad hoc submission is only applicable if you have not pre registered on the OnVolunteers website. For example, you are asked to do a task or the task you signed up for took longer than anticipated. This is the time to submit an ad hoc request. It may take up to two weeks for it to be approved. If it takes longer than that, you may email the coordinator to inquire regarding its status.Ad hoc tasks must be submitted by May 31, 2023. Ad hoc requests received after this date will not be approved. Do not fall into this category. Get those Ad hoc tasks in!
