Important Information
Hot Lunch ordering is open for the remainder of the year. Please note that hot lunch ordering for this month (March 1) closes Wednesday
Tax Receipts are available for pick up at the school office- Any receipts not picked up by February 15th will be mailed out.
UNITED DAY- This month we are doing a special collection for the victims of the devastating earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria last week. Please consider donating to this important cause. As they As always, an extra $1 gets your child(ren) a bag of popcorn! Thank you for your continued generosity!
Valentine’s Day treats- If you plan to bring in any treats for Valentine’s Day please ensure that the classroom teacher has the ingredients ahead of time. Any treats that contain nuts will be sent back home for the safety of those students with nut allergies.
No school Thursday/ Friday- Please be reminded that school is not in session Thursday or Friday as all of our Catholic schools will be at the Catholic Educator’s conference.
Parent Participation Update
Families, there are lots of volunteer opportunities available on the website. Please sign up and get your Parent Participation hours completed before the May 31st deadline. The Fundraising group is still looking for volunteers to run the concession stand at the upcoming Basketball tournament on February 15th.https://portal.onvolunteers.com/login.aspx?s=ccs.bc
Please note, some tasks require a criminal record check, free of charge. Follow the link, and allow two weeks for it to be processed.
Friendly reminder to submit your ad hoc tasks within ONE month of the task in order for it to be approved. Anything past that date, will be approved at the discretion of the coordinator.
