Hot Lunch
Dear CCS Families,
Thank you so much for your patience as we have been working behind the scenes to set up our brand-new CCS Hot Lunch Program! Please read through this email as there is plenty of information regarding the new program.
We are very excited to launch a program that not only provides fun and convenient hot lunch options for our students, but also gives directly back to our school. Any proceeds from the Hot Lunch Program will go directly back to CCS, making every order another way to support our school community.
We’re also excited to offer a variety of different vendors throughout the year, giving our students some fun options to look forward to!
Hot Lunch Registration & Ordering Instructions (see attachment for screenshots)
Please visit:

Once on the website:
Click “Click Here to Register”
Fill out your personal information
Click “Students.”
Select “Insert New.”
Add each child separately and select their class (You can ignore the “Added Date” section)
Once your children have been added, go to the “Orders” tab to place your hot lunch orders.
Once you have submitted your order, it will prompt you to pay for your order(s) via credit card.
A Few Important Ordering Details
-Hot lunch ordering is currently open for October through December.
-You do not have to order the entire term at once! Families are welcome to order as they go. Orders can be placed up until 10 days before each individual hot lunch date.
-Ordering will automatically close 10 days before each hot lunch. This gives our Hot Lunch Team enough time to finalize numbers and place the orders with our vendors.

As this is a completely new program and system for CCS, we kindly ask for a little patience with our small Hot Lunch Team as we navigate the first few lunches and work through any unexpected issues.
We have tested the system and are hopeful that it will be a smooth and seamless transition, but as with anything new, there may be a few learning curves along the way!
