May 21 Update: Return to School Safety Plan and FAQ

Parents and Friends of Cloverdale Catholic School,

As mandated by the Government of British Columbia, all BC schools will be re-opening on June 1st for limited, part-time instruction.

Part of the government’s decision is that students will attend 2 to 3 days per week. Before we can assign specific days to families, we need to know which and how many students are returning and which will continue to learn at home.

Before you decide whether or not to send your children back to school you are required to read the Cloverdale Catholic School June 1 Safe Restart Protocols and Cloverdale Catholic School June 1 Safe Restart Frequently Asked Questions.

Once you have read those documents, please complete the survey. All families, whether they plan to send children or not, are asked to complete the survey. If you plan to return to school on June 1st, you must indicate this on the survey or your child will not be able to start on June 1. The survey is due on Friday, May 22.

Thank you all for your patience, prayers, and hard work to support our school during the closure. I would also like to thank our staff who so adeptly adapted to online learning, and are now stepping up to a new and uncertain challenge.

Sincerely,

Mr. Jason Borkowski
