Important Information
Yearbooks- Thank you everyone for supporting our yearbook- we sold out! Our yearbook committee is so grateful to everyone’s support.
Track and Field- Please refer to Mr. K’s information for this week’s meets. AQI advisory- if there is an AQI advisory that deems it unsafe for outdoor activity, the meets will be cancelled. This will be relayed the morning of via the REMIND app.
Parish Education Committee Elections: Thank you to everyone who voted last weekend! The following individuals will be serving on the PEC next year. Roles will be determined at next week’s meeting: Jacqueline Johnson, Mike Fortino, Jonie May Pascual, Chris Brant, Frances McNee, Kate Paez, Kristen Murchison
PARENT PARTICIPATION UPDATE
The 2023/2024 Parent participation program has commenced! To recap, families are asked to complete 40 hours of volunteer work, 6 of which must be maintenance hours. Families can complete maintenance hours at the monthly workbee held the first Saturday of the month. If weekends do not work for your family, keep an eye for ad hoc tasks that can be done on your schedule.
The Parish is in need of volunteers this weekend June 10/11 to help with the garage sale and pancake/ Filipino breakfast being served after the morning masses. Please consider signing up, it will be a fun family event. Follow the link to register.

MAINTENANCE
Volunteers Needed for Father Paul's "Pay It Forward" Garage Sale
Over his years at Precious Blood, Father Paul has received numerous donations from parishioners and friends who want to help the less fortunate - his garage and rectory are bursting with these generous gifts!! Items will be available on Saturday, June 10th from 5 pm to 7pm and again on Sunday, June 11th from 10am until 2pm. Anything left over will be donated to charity.
We need help on Saturday, June 10 from 2:30 to 7:30 pm to set up and prepare for the event, as well as Sunday, June 11 from 9:30 am until 2:00 pm. Sign up through OnVolunteers or email maintenance@cloverdalecatholicschool.ca if you want to learn more.

Parents Ideas:
Dinner- Discounts and freebies at many of the restaurant establishments around the Surrey/Langley.
Cocktails- Wine/ beer/ whisky tastings at local wineries, breweries, and distilleries.
Kids:

Kids Activities- Golf, hockey training, go carting, birthday party packages, Code Ninjas, Urban Safari, Planet Lazer, Extreme Air Park, horseback riding, Vancouver Zoo
2022/2023 Money raised totals will be announced shortly!
The entire PFG committee and regular acting volunteers would like to thank the entire community for their generous contributions fundraising this year. We are excited to bring back some successful campaigns for next year and introduce more crowd-pleasing, profit-making events for everyone.
