  • Parent Participation update

Less than 2 months left to finish your Parent Participation hours! Please log in to OnVolunteers as there are a number of tasks you can sign up for, including:

    -Maintenance Tasks/Work Bees

-Scrutineers for PEC Election (May 28&29)

    -Sacrament Receptions

    -Parish Clothing Sale

-Traffic, Crosswalk, Lunch, and After-School Supervisor Shifts

You can also check how many hours you have left to complete, and enter any ad hoc tasks you have done (such as driving children other than your own to field trips or CCS sports activities). Please be reminded that hours missing as of May 31, 2022 will be subject to a non-completion fee of $30/hr and $60/maintenance hour.

If you have any questions, please contact parentparticipation@cloverdalecatholicschool.ca

  • Mini-Workbee this Saturday 9-11am

We are looking for 12 volunteers to help tidy up our grounds before Easter! Our main focus will be weeding garden beds, transporting and spreading mulch, and doing a general tidy of the grounds. Please bring gardening gloves and we could use an extra wheelbarrow if you have one. Sign up through On Volunteers. This is a 2 hour job, but because this task needs to get done ASAP, anyone who stays until everything is done will receive an extra hour of credit for a total of 3 hours, even if we finish early.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who needs to get in their workbee hours. PLEASE NOTE: there will be NO WORKBEES IN JUNE as all Parent Participation hours must be submitted by May 31st. The remaining two workbees are May 7th and May 28th. Any maintenance jobs that are posted in June will NOT count towards this school year, but will count towards your 2022/2023 Parent Participation hours.

If you have any questions, please email Jennifer at maintenance@cloverdalecatholicschool.ca
