  • Family Advent prayer booklets have been sent home. We hope that you enjoy these, and that they help your family make some time together to prepare your hearts during Advent.

  • Christmas concert filming is done! A lot of hard work went into the filming of this production and we are so grateful to Mrs. Silva and Mr. Paez who helped with recording /pictures, and light/sound. Mrs. Mar is now undertaking the task of editing and putting it all together for our families!

  • Snow Day protocol- The weather forecast is calling for possible snow in the next two weeks. Please be reminded that all school closures will be communicated through the Remind app and posted on the school website by 7:00am. In the event of a school closure, before and after school care both at the parish and at the school will not run.

Please make sure you have read the important information for the process this year. We have moved over to a new Student Information System, and are currently unable to do online registration. This year’s process is in-person on a set of given dates. Stay tuned for more information coming from Mrs. Jangula. Thank you for your support and understanding.

  • Maintenance Update: A reminder that our next workbee is tomorrow from 9am to 12pm. Please register through OnVolunteers. This month we will continue to clean up the leaves and other debris, as well as put up Christmas lights at the parish.  We will also open up the school to a limited number of parents to help inside (with restrictions: no children allowed inside, all participants must be masked) under the direction of our custodian, Atul.  As always, please bring anything you think would be useful (rakes, gardening gloves, wheelbarrows, etc).

If you are registered and unable to attend, please unregister to open up a spot for other families. If you do not unregister, it will be counted as a no-show. After 3 no-shows, your family will be required to opt out of the program and pay the non-completion fee for all your remaining hours (As per the CCS Parent Participation Policy Manual).

If you have any questions about the workbee, please email Jennifer at maintenance@cloverdalecatholicschool.ca
