Mr. Heah's Friday Memo- September 4th, 2020
Dear Parents,
Please find attached the Friday Memo, class lists, Updated Year at A Glance, and map for morning drop off zones. There is a lot of information, and I thank you for taking the time to read through it as we prepare for next week’s restart.
Class Lists have been emailed
Drop off Map (please note that this is ONLY for drop off- students will be lined up differently after school to ensure a safe pick up. K, 1, 1/2, 2 parents, please use regular school entrance for pick up.)
Our first work bee of the school year is this coming Saturday September 5th 9am-12noon! We will be focused outdoors to get the grounds ready for back to school. Please sign up on OnVolunteers so we can keep track of our numbers. Please message Jacqueline Johnson or email maintenance@cloverdalecatholicschool.ca if you are bringing anyone not signed up on the system. Volunteers are encouraged to bring gardening tools like gloves, weeding tools, clippers etc to limit sharing equipment and are required to physically distance. Hope to see you Saturday! Remember as well that there will be a used uniform sale happening!
